Learn to bake your own perfect Parisian-style macarons
The Real Macaron Company – in conjunction with The Manchester Cake Club – is pleased to announce a Macaron Master Class, to be held on Saturday June 22nd at The LifeCentre, 235 Washway Road, Sale, M33 4BP from 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
Macarons are increasingly popular but are renowned for testing the skills of even the most practised of bakers. This two and a half hour class combines a demonstration with a practical, hands-on session. There will be plenty of time for questions and to discuss the vagaries of macaron-making, over a cup of tea or coffee. In addition you will have the opportunity to sample some of our delicious macarons and there will be take-home gifts for everyone. This promises to be a fun and informative class suitable for macaron lovers of all ages and all levels of baking skill.
